Answer: It is practically impossible to tell the authenticity of a violin without seeing it live. Labels unfortunately do not mean too much as they are often forged. I do offer for free my verbal opinion on the authenticity of a violin if I can see it live.

Question : I have an old violin with a Stradivari label. How do I know if it is an original?

Question: Do you take credit cards?
Answer: We gladly accept visa or master card.

Question: How do you ship the instrument?
Answer: We normally ship via UPS Ground Service, unless you request otherwise. We also insure the instrument for it's full value. Our packing is professional and does not require the use of a special case. Click here to see how we pack our instruments.

Question: How do I return an instrument for my full refund?
Answer: It is highly advisable that you use the same package the instrument came in. Please insure the instrument for it's full value. Your refund will be issued within 1 day of receipt of your instrument.
