Subject: Maestro Violin Date: Wed, 21 Jun 2000 20:01:46 -0400 From: "Wayne Muzzioli" Organization: Microsoft Corporation To: Hello Jacob, The Gliga maestro violin arrived in absolutely mint shape.Your excellent attention to packing the violin was appreciated. The violin is outstanding, I believe Gliga is now establishing an international reputation as one of the finest contemporary makers. His superb quality of work and attention to detail is evident. This is an exquiste instrument.Perfect 14" body, fantastic soft oil varnish with a beautiful one piece tiger back.I also love the beautiful scroll and even the neck has such elegant markings in the grain. The workmanship is of the highest order. The tone is warm, full and very projecting. Being a 1999 violin the tone will only improve over time and once I break it in I know it will really sound fantastic. You are very honest and reputable to deal with. This violin in a local shop would easily be in the 2500-3500.00 range. You must be very close to wholesale prices. Thanks again for selling me the Gliga violin,I know it will appreciate greatly over time due to the out- standing craftsmanship. Also I can not get over how little the violin weighs. It reminds me of French violins which tend to be very light-weight. Cheaper low quality instruments tend to be heavy and not very pretty to look at or play. I strongly recommend the Gliga violin and would be happy to answer any questions from anyone. I play in a local orchestra here in Ohio which I have been a member for many years.Cannot wait to go back to rehearsal to show others the outstanding quality of this violin. Thanks again Jacob. Sincerely, Wayne Muzzioli
